The S.Prospero neighborhood is an upscale area, surrounded by greenery but still 10 MINUTES WALK FROM THE HISTORIC CENTER (close to the Faculty of Economics), where it is possible to park for free in front of the house and all services are within a 50 meter radius (supermarket, bars, tobacco shop, gym, pharmacy), including buses to the train station, the "Scotte" Hospital, the University for Foreigners and the Faculty of Law at Porta Tufi. Announcement valid for both students and referenced workers.
Independent entrance from a private gate, eat-in kitchen, 1 bathroom, internet connection is available but the contract must be made directly by the tenants.
As the owner, I make REGULAR CONTRACTS* but specify that I CANNOT PROVIDE RESIDENCY and I accept Erasmus students ONLY if they understand and speak Italian. THE ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWINGS FROM THE END OF NOVEMBER, AS IT IS CURRENTLY RENTED.
WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONTRACT OPTIONS:
380 euros per month utilities EXCLUDED (water, electricity, gas), with 1 month rent as a deposit.
400 euros per month utilities INCLUDED, with 1 month rent as a deposit.
THE POSSIBILITY OF SHARING THE HOUSE IS CONSIDERED.
